The app reads one Gmail account (Ben's own) with the read-only scope gmail.readonly. It cannot send, delete, or change mail.
Data is processed on Ben's own server. Short excerpts of some messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to classify them; a daily summary is delivered to Ben via a Telegram bot. Nothing is sold or shared otherwise.
Credentials are stored encrypted on that server.
Mail Steward's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
